These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the raf99 platform, including the website at raf99.cam, all associated services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers (collectively the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and raf99 ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms without modification.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the raf99 website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, gaming, and payment services accessible at raf99.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sports event, casino game, lottery, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by raf99 to Players.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under our security and compliance framework.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed before a Bonus may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session time limits, self-exclusion features, and cooling-off periods available to Players.

2Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the raf99 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.

2.2 The Platform is directed at adult residents of Indonesia. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is not prohibited in your specific jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on raf99 or any associated platform at the time of registration.

2.4 Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of raf99, its affiliates, and its technology or payment partners are not eligible to register Player accounts or participate in promotions.

2.5 raf99 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending winnings.

3Account Registration

3.1 Each Player may hold only one registered account on the raf99 Platform. Multiple accounts per person, household, device, or IP address are prohibited.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identification (KTP), date of birth, valid email address, and Indonesian mobile number.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. raf99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where the breach results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.4 raf99 may require additional identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when deemed necessary for security purposes. Acceptable documents include a valid KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driving licence). KYC is non-negotiable and applies to all accounts.

3.5 raf99 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, particularly where fraud, collusion, or violations of these Terms are suspected.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the raf99 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. raf99 accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallet transactions, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

4.4 Processing Times. Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically credited within 1-5 minutes during banking hours. Transfers via CIMB Niaga and OCBC NISP may take up to 15 minutes. E-wallet transactions are generally instant. raf99 does not guarantee processing times and is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

4.5 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Funds will be returned only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the raf99 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Processing typically takes between 1 and 24 hours, depending on the method and time of request.

4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Any balance that includes Bonus funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before a withdrawal can be processed. raf99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4.7 Fees. raf99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which raf99 accepts no responsibility.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the Bonus value. The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period of the Bonus. Any remaining Bonus balance after expiry will be forfeited.

5.3 Eligibility. Each Bonus is available once per Player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim a Bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in disqualification and account closure.

5.4 Minimum Deposit. Where a Bonus requires a qualifying deposit, the minimum deposit must be made in a single transaction. Multiple smaller deposits cannot be combined to meet the qualifying threshold.

5.5 raf99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a Bonus at the time of cancellation will have their existing Bonus honored under the original terms.

5.6 Abuse. raf99 reserves the right to void Bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close the relevant account, if we determine that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfill Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

6Betting Rules

6.1 All bets are final once confirmed. raf99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where the Cashout feature is available and the Player elects to use it.

6.2 raf99 offers football betting markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot games, crash games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting, virtual and live formats), and other products as available on the Platform from time to time.

6.3 Mix parlay (multi-bet accumulator) bets require all selected outcomes to win. A single losing selection voids the entire parlay.

6.4 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error ("Palpable Error"), raf99 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This right shall be exercised in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.

6.5 raf99 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per event, per market, and per Player at any time without prior notice.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs or Platform errors for financial gain without reporting them
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
• Facilitating access for minors (persons under 21)

8Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the raf99 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and game assets — is the property of raf99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from raf99.

9Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raf99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9.2 raf99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect availability.

9.3 raf99 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses caused by account suspension following a Terms violation.

9.4 Gambling carries inherent financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your account and that raf99 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the Platform.

10Privacy

10.1 raf99 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

11Responsible Gaming

11.1 raf99 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We offer a range of Responsible Gaming tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

11.3 raf99 prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. We apply age verification checks during registration and KYC processes. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

12Amendments

12.1 raf99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

12.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

12.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at raf99.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and the internal policies of raf99 as an internationally operating platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as claiming compliance with Indonesian domestic gambling regulations, which currently restrict online gambling activity.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration panels designated by raf99, as notified to Players at the time a dispute is raised.

13.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
